Dead See Scrolls

Learning how to see with new ears. Contemplating the found books in 1947 which gave us quite a bit of ample scholarly confirmation of the accuracy of very old text. As usual there is a fun spin on the concepts of word play and the prophetic words of the bible are laced through.

How can the dead see

How the text found came to be

Salt of the earth wisdom tree

Tree of life from the sea of the dead

Daniel vision of dread

The true thread

Info going at the speed of light

Enable the  culled  to sift the sight

Cross reference of both wood and ink

Nails down verses timing amazing link

Grace gift  sounding  doctrine  sink

To fathom the depths

The deep the abyss

The Holy role of eating the scroll

Rock and soul rock my soul

Rock witness the sole goal

Been tied to the whipping pole

Back to the Dead See

Back to the shores of Galilee

I’m gonna go for it for sure

Dead dreams living the cure

Raise the banner raise the flag

Half masted half mastered

Our old time rag

Singing tattered crippled and free

Causing earthquakes of eternity

Oh the dead can see

When they are clothed

Again it will be

Awaken tales of glory

Tales from the crypt

Don’t ever forget

We have the script

Forged on the mount of the Skull

Forgive them forgive them

They know not what they do

Oh do not take part in the skullduggery

Do not partake in the skullduggery

There is a reward for those who hold on

For the Day of the Dead reckons on

Dead reckoning position true

A sailors’ warn a sailors’ yarn red sky at night a sailors delight

Red skies mourn over the Dead Sea

The Morning due to you and me

The Holy role of eating the scroll

Rock and soul racked my soul

Rock witness the sole goal

Been tied to the whipping pole

The book of dreams

Poet seams between the reams

Hunter and the hunted

Haunted knowing yet stunted

Finally revealed finely tuned

The lyres,the guitars of revelation

Oh dancers dance on a roll

Floating holy rollers

Of the dead see scroll
